ns-allinone installation problem

Hi!

	Does anybody encounter the following error ?

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `tcplib-telnet.o'

 Ns has been installed successfully!

It produces contradictory messages :
	1) Ns make failed! Exiting ..
	2) Ns has been installed successfully

For, sure there is no binary produced
