SAR package update
[SAR package vanished from their ftp directory, so I dropped a note
and got an update on progress - fyi. L.]

Now it is there, at
ftp://cc-lab.u-aizu.ac.jp/pub/sar_dist.tar.gz
The distribution runs on ns 2.1b2 with no problems. It does run on ns 2.1b3 as
well but we have experienced problems on Solaris platform. One of my students
fixed the problem by modifying parts of ns on Solaris. I could run it on my
FreeBSD laptop with no modifications.
We are working on porting it to ns2.1b4, in this version they made some
modifications to the event and packet header structures so some new work for
us to do.
