ping agent without 'connect' ing to the other node.

	Has anybody tried to implement a ping agent without 'connect' ing
	to the node being pinged.(as suggested in Marc Greig's tutorial) ?

	i.e the command 
	"$pa send $node "
	should be executable in the tcl code.

	If yes,can u please share your code with me ?
