Re: IP_BROADCAST warning message !!
*If* I recall things correcty, it's a matter of moving the definition of
IP_BROADCAST out of some *.cc file into some .h file and protect it
using #ifndef. I think I submitted a suggestion of this to Nader Salehi
in mid December 1999.
I can check this up tomorrow at work,
