[ns] mobile code not found

Hi,
       I was trying to get some help from the ns- contributed page for
mobility. But the link to "Mobility support for NS-2 including
implementation of mobile IP, a mobility generator and a wireless channel
model developed by
Charlie Perkins etal is available at Mobins2 page." seems not to exist
anymore. can anyone tell me where I can get this document from
