[ns] Extend ns with MFC, tutorial available!

I have implemented an interface to connect MFC code with Ns code. It's based on ns-2.1b6-current.

(note:currently, the web server "media.cs.tsinghua.edu.cn" can be accessible on Beijing's working hour:

8:00AM-9:30PM  Mon-Fri
