[ns] Cell size in mobile IP`

Dear sir;

 

I have two questions.

I want to know the default cell size covered by HA or FA in mobile IP.

 

Also,

I monitored TCP throughput between CN (correspondent node) and MH with different speed.

I wonder why the throughput of MH with speed 0 is lower than with speed 1.

Is it possible?

I assume that the cell size is about 200m and I make the MH move with 200m

 

Please tell me about these.
