[ns] simpleintserv queues and REDs

hi all,
   i have a query on simpleintserv queue.This scheduler maintains 2
different priority queues based on the flow ids.

I want to use RED on each of the two queues as is done in CBQ.Is there a
way i can do that or should i have to write a code as  done for CBQ in
tcl/lib/ns-queue.tcl for install-queue?? 

what other changes should be done to bring out the change??

Also how can i access each queue from the script and set the queue
limits??
  some pointers to these please....
