If you had bothered to unpack Tclcl and ns, you would have discovered
that they are neatly bundled in their own directories, thus creating
subdirectories within the same top-level directory.
the only people still dumping compressed files in one directory
without a subdirectory are the people who don't read pkzip's manual.
