[ns] Binaries for TCL/TK?

I've spent a couple days trying to install ns all-in-one and then taking
the piecemeal approach. In both cases, the installation doesn't get
past compiling TCL and TK. The operating system is SunOS 5.8 and the
gcc version is 2.7.2.2.

I have tried configuring with and without the --enable-gcc switch and
either way a makefile is generated. There are different errors in
either case, but both run into errors.

I would settle for a pre-compiled version of the ns files (like you have
for windows, but that one is out of date for the mobile studies I am
interested in doing). Is this possible?
