Re: [ns] ns-simulations
By ~ns/tcl/ex, he means the subdirectory "ex" in the subdirectory "tcl"
of the directory "~ns", which for the all-in-one installation is called
"ns-2.1b6" or something close to that. It's on the same directory level
as the "tcl8.0.4" directory.
