The rfc793edu test is for a *very* old version of TCP added to NS
for educational purposes only. It is used in the "Quick Tour Around TCP"
at "http://www.ce.chalmers.se/%7Efcela/tcp-tour.html".
On the other hand, it would be good to get to a state where all of the
validation tests pass on all platforms...
