[ns] tclcl installation problems

please I DO need help

I tried to install ns all in one 2.1b6 under RED HAT linux 5.2
then I had a problem at the installation of tclcl-1.0b9
the installation exited with a message

then I installed RED HAT linux 6.1 and got ns-allinone-2.1b7 instaed and I got
exactly the same error message..
Please I need help urgently........
