Re: [ns] how to mark flow as best effort

Hi,

I'm writing after hearing that you're using Nortel diffserv(not to answer but to ask I'm afraid).

I'd like to know whether you installed it over a pre-compiled ns or not..although the doc(install.txt) doesn't say anything about the code working only on a clean ns, I wanted to be sure..

I'd really appreciate your help..!
