[ns] problem on 2.1b7 all-in-one package

Seems 2.1b7 breaks some of the script that I used to be able to run
under 2.1b6.
for example, Wireless3.tcl in Mark's tutorial can not be run.

Also running "ns test-suite-wireless-lan.tcl dsdv-wireless-mip"
under ns/tcl/test directory gives a core-dump.
