[ns] Scheduler problem

hello ns-users,

In the simulation script I am calling the scheduler. 
But the simulation stops in between (at the instance when the
scheduler is called for the first time) giving the following message :
       Couldn't schedule timer 

Kindly tell, what this problem refers to ?
