[ns] Otcl class hierarchy ?

Hi,

i would like to know why the otcl class hierarchy is
established at run time (for every SplitObject this is
done with the procedure "register") and consequently
classes' definitions in the otcl code are put only as
comments 
(for example
 "# Class Agent/rtProto/DV -superclass Agent/rtProto"
---------> note the "#")

Why is this a better approach ?
