[ns] Announcement: Single-hop WDM simulator component on ns-2

Hi,

As part of my masters thesis I have developed an extensible simulator for
broadcast and select TT-FR WDM networks, it has been integrated into
ns2.1b7a. It can be used for testing different scheduling algorithms and
queueing mechanisms.
