    I'm interested to improve TCP performance
 with mechanism like:
 -Link Level Retransmission
 -TCP Snooping
 -TCP Spoofing
 -Delayed DupAck scheme
 -Explicit Loss Notification
 -Explicit Bad State Notification
 -Receiver-based and Sender-based discrimination
 .....

  Could anyone tell me where I
  can get some .tcl scripts for one (or more)
  of this scheme?
