[ns] installation problem for ns 2.1b6 on redhat 7.1 with Tcl_ErrnoId

hi I am sending you the error massage.
I found some similar errors but couldnt find the solution. Since I believe
I need ns 2.1b6 for some codes which were smooth on it, I want to install
it.
