yes,you are right.it indeed need some .dll files. when i click "ns.exe" it suggests me that he need tcl83.dll. i think there may be more .dll files. i guess those should include "tcl??.tcl,tk??.dll,otcl??.dll" and others. please do me the favoure to send such files to me . thank you.
