[ns] How to apply GPRS patch?

Hi,
    I want to use the GPRS patch against ns-2.1b7a, can anybody tell me how to apply the patch?
    My OS is Red Hat Linux 7.1. The NS installed is the "ns-wireless-2.1b7a.tar.gz" from here (http://www.ICSI.Berkeley.EDU/~widmer/mnav/ns-extension/)
