The readme for the FTP stack describes tuning parameters to increase
the window far above 64K. A more advanced tuning document will be
available from FTP in the near future.

While FTP's new stack has many satellite tuning options,
I believe that versions of the MS Win95 stack are available
that support long delay / high bandwidth links.

The FTP software stack is for Win 95 and 98 only.
