Communication Systems 2002 in Singapore.
The Eighth IEEE International Conference on Communications Systems (ICCS
2002) will be held in Singapore from 25 to 28 November 2002. This is a
biennial series of conferences co-organized by the IEEE Singapore Section
Communications Chapter, the National University of Singapore and the
Institute of Communications Research (ICR), Singapore and related applications.
