[ns] Handoff in a cellular network?
Dear ns-users,
Checking old archives, this question had been asked before,
but no positive responses had been made yet.
So, forgive me asking the same help.
Are there ns sources for the handoff modeling in any type of cellular network?
I'll appreciate any comments and information.
