Bio
Young H. Cho is a Research Scientist in the Networks Division of USC/ISI. He also has joint appointments as Research Assistant Professor in EE Department and CS Department of USC. He currently leads the OASYS Research group at ISI in the fields of on-chip power monitoring, reconfigurable hardware, embedded systems research, wireless sensor networks/Internet of Things, energy harvesting and monitoring, and cyber-physical systems. He holds a number of patents in network security, energy harvesting/monitoring, and has over 60 publications in these fields. Prior to joining USC in 2008, he was a visiting professor at Washington University in St. Louis and a post-doctoral scholar at UCLA. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, MS in Computer Engineering from UT Austin, and BA in Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley.
