TCPLFN patches and Solaris 2.6

Can someone please confirm that Solaris 2.6 has all of the RFC 1323
extensions? I have seen several messages claiming that it does, but
none seem to be positive about that fact.

I have several machines still running Solaris 2.5.1 without the
CONSULT-TCPLFN patches and will consider upgrading them to Solaris 2.6
if those patches are included.
