Would it be possible to indicate whether you see good fast retransmits being performed when you insert errors over the satellite link ?

How does it react to multiple errors within one TCP window ?

What is the maximum size of the SND/RCV buffers that are accepted ?

Is the slow start acceptable when there are burst errors, i.e. if one would have a 10E-8 T1/E1 link, what would be your estimated effective throughput averaged over 15 minutes ?
