In 2019 SERC is expanding to bring in world class researchers, international experts and academic leaders to help chart future research development of the Center and the students. While technology is the primary focus of SERC, convergence with policy and long term sustainability and space governance is vital to proliferate advanced solutions in space. Thus SERC is seeking outstanding fellows and affiliates to broaden our researchers and students technology portfolios, and thus provide leverage to future policy and international governance for our second generation push in Space.
