Alma serves as Executive Assistant for the Artificial Intelligence Division, based in Marina del Rey, California. In this role, she works closely with Jonathan May, Director of the AI Division, and Yolanda Gil, Senior Director for Strategic Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Initiatives, as well as numerous principal investigators, researchers, and students, providing comprehensive administrative support. Her responsibilities include coordinating a wide range of activities, meetings, and sponsored project site visits, helping to ensure the smooth operation of division programs and initiatives. Alma has been a valued member of ISI since April 2002.
