Abstract

This is a white paper initiated at the CIIO Design Workshop and will contribute to the CIIO’s contribution to the OOI Preliminary Design Review (PDR). Although the Synthesis and Analysis (S&A) and Common Execution Infrastructure (CEI) are listed in two separate WBS elements, this report is prepared by a combined team because of the many common shared materials.
