Schmadeka (57) ABSTRACT A dielectric composition and a fabrication method for a dielectric layer in a plasma display panel, by which contrast of the plasma display panel can be improved through simple fabrication processes. The dielectric composition for the dielectric layer in the plasma display panel comprises: a glass of PO-BO-ZnO group; and a filler consisting of NdO.
