Matt Binkley is an Executive Assistant at USC Information Sciences Institute (ISI), in the Networking and Cybersecurity Division (NCD), based in Marina del Rey, California. He serves the NCD Director (also an ISI Associate Director) and the NCD Associate Director. Additionally, Matt supports several principal computer scientists and their teams, providing specialized support services in the administration of research. Matt is also involved in ISI administrative projects and initiatives, that include developing and implementing process improvement using collaborative platforms for document management and information exchange.

Mr. Binkley started his career in network security at Network Associates (NAI) where he was a member of its advanced research organization, a descendant of Trusted Information Systems (TIS). Following his time at NAI, Matt worked for employee-owned systems planning and analysis research company, SPARTA. Prior to working in technology and research in industry and academia, Matt worked in the financial sector for the second-largest banking institution in the United States.
