Cybersecurity Seminar Series

Security in the times of 6G

Event Details

Abstract: In this talk I will go through brief analysis of 5G security and what we need to do to make ourselves prepared for 6G. In 6G, the traditional cybersecurity and network security domains will come closer than what we see today, i.e., in the era of 5G. Hence, we have to research, design and develop security policies, procedures and technologies that can meet the unique requirements of 6G. Therefore, the discussion will be more focused on the challenges that already exist in the transition phases, mainly from research perspectives, followed by potential research directions.
