Developing RFICs with IIII-V Transistors on a Silicon CMOS Platform
Event Details
As the commercial demand for more compact, more efficient and more powerful RF front ends increases, there is an opportunity to develop innovative semiconductor processing techniques to commercialize high-performance compound semiconductors at large volumes. In this seminar, we will present PseudolithIC’s heterogeneous integration technology, which combines microscopic III-V transistor chiplets with a silicon CMOS platform, offering the best performance at RF and mm-wave frequencies at the cost and volume of silicon processing. Some demonstrations of the RFIC chips we have designed, fabricated, and tested will be presented.
