Abstract

This guest editorial introduces a special issue focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and circuits and systems. It highlights the increasing importance of developing circuits and systems with enhanced accuracy, stability, and security through efficient learning, design optimization, and integrated implementation. The symbiotic relationship between AI and circuits and systems is emphasized, noting AI's role in optimizing and implementing circuits for high efficiency and low-power computation.
