Joseph W. Sullivan, Ph.D.

New Initiatives and Intelligence Community

Joseph W. Sullivan oversees strategic initiatives for ISI, including software development and industry outreach. His multi-disciplinary background includes technology commercialization at the Fuji Xerox Palo Alto Laboratory, aerospace research and development at the Lockheed Palo Alto Research Laboratory, information systems development for Harris Corporation and a faculty post at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. An expert in intelligent and autonomous systems, Sullivan earned his doctorate in cognitive psychology at the University of Kansas. He joined ISI in 2003.
